It's just another day in the Dead Letter Office for the Postables, as Oliver (Eric Mabius) can't put off a confrontation with his estranged dad (Gregory Harrison) any longer, while Rita (Crystal Lowe) and Norman (Geoff Gustafson) deliver a bullied teen a letter from her MIA-in-Afghanistan mom... and take on the task of tracking the lost soldier down.
