When French factory worker Katie (Alexandra Lamy, Modern Love), a struggling single mother with a precocious 7-year-old daughter (Melusine Mayance), falls in love with Spanish co-worker Paco (Sergi Lopez, Pans Labyrinth), they produce something truly extraordinary: an angelic baby called Ricky - who soon develops bumps on his back that looks suspiciously like -- well, its something that has the media in an uproar.
