New York newlyweds Peter (Kartheiser) and Chloe (Thriby) fall into marital crisis while on a research vessel in route to Antarctica. As seasickness sets in and romantic bliss sours, Chloe takes comfort in the company of the ship's captain (Billy Campbell), a man who has good reason for setting himself adrift.
