While driving a pop singer to a live broadcast, a motorcycle-riding messenger receives a mysterious call that there's a bomb wired to his helmet with a mission he must accomplish: Deliver a package to a designated address within 30 minutes. If he doesn't - or removes the helmet - the bomb will explode! Caught up in a terrorist attack on the grandest scale smack in a heavily populated city, he and his passenger must embark on a high-speed race against time that their very lives depend on.
