Olmo

Growing up struggling in late-'70s New Mexico presented lots of challenges for 14-year-old Olmo (Aivan Uttapa), not the least of which was the round-the-clock caregiving his family had to share for his MS-stricken, bedridden, and embittered dad (Gustavo Sánchez Parra). When his cute neighbor crush (Melanie Frometa) invites him to a party, Olmo's attempts to ditch for a night leads to chaos and hard lessons. (2025)
