Mergers & Acquisitions is a touchingly funny look at the life of Del Richards (Steven Chester Prince, The Ringer), a trade magazine writer stuck in a dead-end job, and how his life changes when a corporate barracuda (Emmy Award winner Martha Byrne, As The World Turns) throws him into the middle of a corporate takeover. Del is forced to contend with a quickly-losing-it hippie mother (Jill Haworth, Exodus), his bitter banker brother (The Verve Pipe’s Brian Vander Ark), a suspicious best friend (Lee Tergesen, Oz) and a new girlfriend (Lysa Apostle), who may not be who she claims to be.
