A change-of-pace Abbott and Costello outing with Lou as the star, playing country bumpkin Benny Miller, who becomes a vacuum cleaner salesman determined to make it in the dog-eat-dog world of door-to-door sales in order to earn enough to marry his sweetheart. Bud plays two parts: Benny's boss and the company's president. (1946)
