Through computer wizardry, crash-test dummies, and high-speed photography, this documentary describes the scientific underpinnings guiding the worlds greatest warriors. "Mixed Martial Arts" examines the styles of several Ultimate UFC victors; "Fighting Back" looks at the self-defense possibilities for the average person; and "Special Ops" tests the fighting limits of the military elite.
