In Vienna for the first time on a holiday concert, touring-weary violinist Jess Waters (Sarah Drew) opted to look up her bestie, diplomat's nanny Tori (Alina Fritsch)-and got directions from handsome if guarded American Mark Olsen (Brennan Elliott).
