A delightful romantic comedy that follows the journey of a Cuban-born, New York raised woman, searching for love and meaning in her life while attempting to explore her own Cuban heritage. Taking a job as a chef's assistant at a beautiful sea side resort, Lena (Elena Aaron) forms a bond with the shy, handsome maintenance man (Robert Pemberton) while being mysteriously visited by the ghost of a turn-of-a-century baseball player (Christopher Rivaro).
