Alpha Incident

A train station is quarantined thanks to the discovery of a dangerous organism from Mars that was brought back to Earth by a space probe. Once infected by it, a person's brain will expand until it bursts right through their skull-but only if they fall asleep. Can everyone stuck at the station (not to mention the audience) stay awake until a cure is found? (1978)
