Jim Wilson's sports drama 50 To 1 tells the story of horse trainer Bernie Wooley (Skeet Ulrich), veterinarian Leonard Blach (William Devane), and owner Mark Allen (Christian Kane), who prepare a horse to compete in the Kentucky Derby. They get the horse into the race, but the odd-looking equine starts the race a 50-1 underdog. Based on the true story of the thoroughbred Mine That Bird.
