Patient 42-66 exits a jailhouse psychiatric clinic with a promise a restarting his life. Unfortunately, visions of the murderous past overwhelm him when he confronts the haunting and violent present he's thrust into. A supernatural demon guides him to a showdown with a perverse boss and his depraved henchmen. 42-66: The Origin of Evil was written and directed by Dario Almerighi (Me and the Devil) and stars the imposing screen presence Mino Bonini (Infidus, Hotel Inferno) in the title role.
