Slim Till Dead ( 2005 )

Anthony Wong (Infernal Affairs) gives yet another great performance in this tongue-in-cheek horror whodunit.  Police officer Wong is trying to catch a serial killer whose female victims are all either starved to death or carved until they weigh exactly 70 pounds.  Helping him with leads to the case is Cherrie, a beauty salon employee who is losing her regular customers one by one to the psychopath.  Filled with dark humor, SLIM TILL DEAD is not only an intriguing murder mystery, but also a macabre parody on people´s obsession with losing weight.
