Successful writer Marty Stillwater's (Stephen Baldwin) idyllic life is forever shattered when a mysterious man with his identical appearance suddenly appears claiming to be the real Marty Stillwater..and a series of grisly murders result.

After a sample of Marty's blood is accidentally used in a top secret military experiment by scientist Drew Oslett, Jr. (Thomas Haden Church). ALFIE, Marty's dual identity, is born. Designed as the ultimate warrior, ALFIE has but one directive: to kill! From the moment of ALFIE's conception, Marty's wife (Julie Warner) notices dramatic changes in Marty's behavior. Not only do Marty and ALFIE share the same DNA, but also a strong telepathic connection which enables Marty to see into ALFIE's dark and terrifying world.

Soon Marty and his family are on the run from ALFIE and the police in a deadly and highly-charged game of cat and mouse.

Everyone thinks very highly of little six year old Joey Scavelloeven those that want to kill him.

Six year old Joey Scavello (Jarrett Lennon) is a very special little boy, so special that some people want him dead.

"Mother Grace" (Grace Zabriskie) and her followers, the "Servants of Twilight," are convinced that Joey is the anti-christ, and their "holy" mission is his destruction. After a failed attempt to murder Joey, his mother Christine, (Belinda Bauer) enlists the aid of a private investigator, Charlie Harrison (Bruce Greenwood).

When their home is besieged, Charlie moves Christine and Joey to a remote cabin in the woods. There, Charlie and Christine's mutual attraction heats up as the "Servants" discover the hideout and Charlie learns that one of his trusted colleagues has been working with "Mother Grace" all along.

The thrilling confrontation may very well mean the end of Joey's life...or the beginning of the ultimate reign of terror!
