Honor and integrity mean everything to Max (Chilean martial arts champion Mark Zaror), and ever since he was a kid growing up in Latin America, he dreamed of being a cop to preserve those ideals. But when that fateful day arrives, Max is horrified to discover that his country´s police force takes it orders from ruthless drug lords in a never-ending cycle of bribery, brutality and depravity.
