Twisted telemarketer Raymond persuades a troubled woman named Tanya to murder her abusive stepfather. When the tale of Raymond´s shady dealings hits a tabloid TV show, soon the law is closing in on him. Reportedly the only film ever made at Chicago´s Cook County Correctional Facilities, BULLET features cameos from underground filmmaking legend Kern and ex-Jesus Lizard vocalist Yow.
