Sonny (Next Action Star´s Sean Carrigan) owes Las Vegas mafia boss, Salvatore a lot of money... money that he doesn´t have. While he´s on the run, Sonny stumbles into the Tower Hotel and Casino, where he soon catches the attention of Joseph (Titanic´s Billy Zane), a mysterious millionaire who offers Sonny a once in a life time wager. Joseph has 24 hours to hunt and kill Sonny. If Sonny lives, he´ll win .4 million.
