The head of Corrections for the state of Oregon, Michael Francke, was expected to run for Governor until his untimely murder.  Local and state officials were quick to label Francke’s death as a burglary gone wrong, but facts of the case point to a chilling conspiracy.  The mysterious circumstances surrounding his death have since lead to a nationwide search for evidence leading to the conviction of the person or persons responsible for this heinous crime.
