Imagine the mean streets of Manchester, England. Torn apart by a vigilante known only as The Boxer, he bludgeons through the city´s criminal element leaving a trail of broken bodies in his wake. Meanwhile, an army of drug addicts and thugs under the messianic leadership of The Needler, terrorize the city.
