In the dense wilderness of the Pacific Northwest, an elite crew of soldiers investigating the brutal and mysterious deaths of four Army Special Forces officers meets an old, blind Indian who claims to know what happened to the dead men.

So begins the dark tale of Cotton Mouth Joe - a ferocious warrior who slaughtered his entire tribe. Four hundred years later, the warrior´s evil spirit still seeks revenge.

Disbelief turns to cold terror as the horrifying spirit of Cotton Mouth ominously appears riding a black stallion and wielding a lethal spear.

The Skeleton Man has returned to rain misery and death upon any mortal who dares cross his path... this time the soldiers are locked dead in his sights.
