Cuba was the birthplace of an incredible number of dances, but the first and most popular was the Rhumba. With the resurgence of Latin music and dancing, the Rhumba is hot again. In this dance, all of the movement happens below the waist. Once you learn the simple steps of Rhumba, the music does the rest!

Vicki Regan teaches dancing the way she learned it, step by step, one move at a time. Everything is carefully explained and demonstrated for both men and women. You´ll start with the basics, then work your way up to combinations and moves that are easy to learn, but are very impressive on the dance floor.

You´ll learn in your own home, at your own convenience, and at your own pace. You can practice alone, with a partner, or invite a group of friends. It´s good exercise and great fun. If you´re a beginner, ten minutes into this DVD and you´ll be saying, "I can dance!"

Vicki Regan has danced on Broadway and in the movies, and was National and North American Ballroom and Latin Dance Champion. She has taught many people including other dance teachers and ballroom competitors.

Ron De Vito, Vicki´s teaching partner, is also an acclaimed Broadway dancer and former National Ballroom Champion.
