A special little girl helps make God a household name.
He´s back to give it another try at keeping Himself in our thoughts. Via a fortune cookie, God (the ideally cast George Burns) invites a clever 11-year-old (Louanne) to write Him an advertising slogan - and gets more than He bargained for.
Back in his signature role, Burns is a wonderful "Almighty" of droll charm and wry understanding. Young Louanne is a wonderful foil whose big-eyed innocence tenderly sweeps you away. Suzanne Pleshette and David Birney co-star as the youngster´s separated parents, who worry more about the "expert help" than their daughter´s "imaginary playmate." Go forth and enjoy George Burns. It´s as He would want it.
