A tourist couple disappears in the water at the South Street Seaport. Suspecting a typical homicide case, rookie Scuba cop Nick and his partner Walter are on the case. As their investigation probes into the mysterious waters, another tugboat is attacked. They go below sea level and their deepest fears are confirmed... the killer is not human!
