In this dark comedy, the mysterious death of the owner of a n amusement park prompts his widow to sell the property to a group of mobsters- the Demarco Family.

The atmosphere at the park, which previously had been a low-key family operation, is now replaced by a "cut costs at any price" attitude.

The eccentric franchise clown - Bruce (David Lander) will not let his park be over-taken as he and his band of park cronies plot revenge with unusual results.
