A young boy from remote Tasmania must team up with his mean-spirited, city-dwelling cousin in search of a lost cow. They take their search out into the bust on a journey that becomes not only a memorable adventure, but also a bonding experience.
The Journey
When a wealthy prospector is fatally injured, he sends his daughter, Ada, on a journey to find her inheritance. But Martha, the family's hired help, has other plans for the treasure. Despite Martha's dangerous and meddling ways, Ada makes a discovery more valuable than money.
Captain Johnno
Ten-year-old Johnno is deaf and his disability is always causing him strife. A target of ridicule, Johnno finds himself connecting only with his sister, Julie, and his one true love - the sea. But when Julie must leave for boarding school, Johnno sets sail for a deserted island.
