- The Boston Strangler
In 1964 thirteen Boston women were brutally strangled. The city was locked in terror and the media dubbed this savage murderer "The Boston Strangler." Albert Henry DeSalvo later confessed to the murders while serving a life sentence for sexual assault and armed robbery. DeSalvo was stabbed in prison after serving six years of his sentence. To this date, no one has been charged with the murders.
