This is your workout when you need a time effective mix of cardio and strength training. There is no need for fancy moves or super speed to get a basic workout. Your workout with Debra Bono consists of four strength and five cardio intervals. Choose your level of intensity as you work using tubes, weights, or a body bar. You may also decide to mix up your workouts to include all cardio one day and all resistance another day.
