This is How it Works:

4 Times a Week for 4 Weeks: On the Days You’re Working Out You’ll Do The Following:

1. Warm-up (10 minutes): An aerobic workout to get your heart rate up and the muscles working. It’s an effective fat-buster and perfectly kick-starts the process.
