As Lieutenant Steve Andrews searches for a missing kidnap victim, a mysterious call leads him to the forbidding Hagerthy Psychiatric hospital and eventually to a series of gruesome deaths nearby. Unsure if the incidents are linked, the lieutenant begins to put the pieces together. But as the body count escalates and the girl remains missing, Andrews finds himself led down a deadly path into the lair of an ancient and bloodthirsty creature who is determined to survive - and is taking revenge...
