Flesh-eating, devil worshipping cannibal monsters on an all-night munchies rampage! Thank god this could only happen in the Philippines! As John Ashley and his partners from the Mad Doctor of Blood Island trilogy became increasingly wary of their business relationship with Hemisphere Pictures, they decided a fairer accounting could be had from Roger Corman´s fledgling New World Pictures and took the film there where it became one of New World´s earliest releases and began a productive on-going relationship between Roger Corman and John Ashley that would endure for many years.
